My girlfriend introduced me to this one. A little bit of sweet, a little bit of sour, cheeky fruity and lashings of foam and that isn’t to forget two measures of bourbon.
Really, what’s not to love? Throw in a fat jolly man in a red coat and you’ve got Christmas!
Ingredients
•1 Free-Range Egg White
•2 msr
•1 msr
•2 tsp
•Splash
The Marvellous Method
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain over 2-3 ice cubes into an old fashioned glass.
Serve with a slice of orange and a cocktail cherry
